Role: QC Microbiologist
Location: Haverhill

A market leading, multinational pharmaceutical company has partnered with Scientific Professionals to search for a QC Microbiologist to join their expanding team. Based in Haverhill, Suffolk, you will be reporting into the Quality Control Manager and working within a fast-paced Microbiology environment and be responsible for contributing to projects that are key to the sites growth and expansion.

The responsibilities will include
Working across a variety of diverse projects within the QC portfolio
Collection and processing of Environmental Monitoring samples from the
Microbiology lab and manufacturing plant to perform the appropriate testing
Perform identification of microorganisms isolated from the microbiological tests
and samples
Support the capital purchasing process for QC

Proven, sustained competence in Microbiology techniques and skills relevant to
group.
Demonstrated ability to work consistently to quality policies and cGMP.
A working knowledge of laboratory health and safety.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage own workload to meet
departmental targets.
