Job Description:

Conrad Finance are pleased to be working with an exciting business based in Bury St Edmunds who are currently looking to recruit a full time Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

With their growing reputation they are now a partner to a number of well-known businesses throughout the UK and offer the successful candidate a good environment to continue building their career with.

This exciting role will largely require the successful candidate to have previous customer service experience, good Excel skills along with prior experience in dealing with key accounts as this position will support individual clients in delivering an all-round service to support the wider business as required.

Building trusted relationships with individual key account holders
Ensure the smooth flow of order information throughout client's accounts, liaising with a variety of internal and external staff to manage their accounts effectively
Execute regular reviews to maximise efficiency
Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the individual client's processes and partnerships
Be efficient in problem-solving and offer solutions
Produce accurate reports to senior managers as required
Effective and efficient management of customer queries or complaints
Enhance the complaints service for all key accounts through working collaboratively with key stakeholders
